My name is Miss Khow and you can call me Qianny as you like. I am Customer Relation Executive in this company. My job is I need to
ensure that all the customers are completely satisfied with our sales and service from our company. When I was first day working in BMW
Alor Star, my General Manager explained my job scope and KPI to me. I remember that he told me my target on Customer Satisfaction Index
(CSI) was very high. I was so stressed and afraid that I can’t hit the target because I don’t know what should I do at first. The most
unforgettable moment I was in BMW Alor Star is i drive BMW 523i F10 alone to Sungai Petani for meeting. It was the first time I drive BMW
and I was so enjoy and happy in that moment. The most I like in this company is I can learn a lot of experiences and become more
independent in my life. But, what I dislike in this company is sometime I will feel very stress when a lot of things come together in the same
time. At last, my dream is I want to open a very nice coffee house and then can travel around the world..
