MS YEAN

I'm Ms.Yean as a customer service officer. Am arrange and monitor all the service appointment for vehicle come into our workshop. I was full with excitement and fresh as well as with some fearst while 1st day step into this office. The memorable things i was most happy in this company is when i heard customer said thank you and appreciate what i had perform to them. Otherwise, the moment that i was  most unhappy is when facing problem while created by other and get scolded with no reason. The most i like in this company is Freedom and joyful among colleague. But the most i dislike is Inco-operation among the colleague. My dream is i want to travel around and wish to get higher pay.
